Michael Jackson's wedding fear

(femalefirst.co.uk) - Michael Jackson missed his beloved nephew's wedding because he is too afraid to leave his house.

The reclusive eccentric singer - whose career has been in free fall since his 2005 child molestation trial - upset his family when he failed to turn up to TJ's nuptials two weeks ago.

But Trini Poncedelleon - the girlfriend of TJ's father Tito - claims Michael no longer feels comfortable being seen in public.

She said: "It hurt TJ, but since the court case it's sunk in that people will try to take advantage of him."

Michael - who was found not guilty on 10 accounts of child abuse - recently claimed acquaintances tried to steal his fortune during the court case.

The pop star admitted he was close to financial ruin when disloyal advisor Don Stabler urged him to sign a deal that would see him lose a large part of his fortune.

Reverend Jesse Jackson and billionaire Ron Burkle advised him not to sign it. Michael recalled: "I vehemently told them, 'No, I am not signing this.' And I just remember how angry, the intensity of the anger in the room. And so they marched out."
