BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12. Prices for apartment rentals increased in Baku in April 2022, Azerbaijan’s MBA LLC consulting company told Trend.
Cost of renting one square meter of housing in Baku increased by 6.97 percent in April 2022 compared to the previous month and by 0.49 percent year-on-year to 8.1 manat ($4.7).
Average cost of renting inexpensive apartments in Baku amounted to 412 manat ($242.3, an increase of 1.73 percent over the month, by 23.35 percent over the year), in the middle price category - 688 manat ($404.7, decrease by 3.2 percent over the month, over the year - by 1.19 percent), expensive apartments - 1,444 manat ($849.4, an increase of 7.69 percent over the month, by 3.74 percent over the year).
The total volume of offers on apartment rental market in Baku increased by 13.74 percent in April 2022 compared to the previous month, and decreased by 3.63 percent year-on-year to 770 apartments.
