BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 11. Prices for rental apartments in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku in February 2023 increased year on year, Nusrat Ibrahimov, CEO of Azerbaijan’s MBA (Marketing Business Analysis) Group Consulting company, told Trend.
"The average cost of renting apartments in Baku was 834 manat ($490.6). Along with a decline in monthly rent by 10.61 percent, there was an increase of 16.48 percent over the year," Ibrahimov said.
According to him, the total volume of offers on the residential property market in the capital in February 2023 amounted to 805.
