BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 15. Three industrial parks of Azerbaijan have entered the top 10 in the list of parks of neighboring countries and the EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union), Trend reports with reference to BIK Ratings.
So, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Uzbekistan and Estonia entered the rating list of industrial parks.
When compiling the rating, indicators were analyzed for the tax environment of industrial parks (income tax rates, VAT, income tax, dividend tax, property tax, customs duties, land value tax), infrastructure (availability of infrastructure facilities and transport infrastructure, cost of fuel and energy resources), entry conditions to the country (number of new residents per year, availability of financial and industry entry criteria, availability and a number of priority industries) , the Human Development Index in the country, macroeconomic and political environment (World Governance Index, sovereign credit ratings).
As a result, Mingachevir Industrial Park took 3rd place, Pirallahi Industrial Park - 7th place and Garadagh Industrial Park - 10th place.
The first place in this rating was taken by the Chinese-Belarusian Great Stone Industrial Park.
The Russian special economic zone «Alabuga» (Tatarstan) took second place, "Avangard" Industrial park - fourth place, and Technopolis Himgrad - fifth place.
