BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 16. Prices for renting private and country houses in Baku grew in September 2023 compared to the previous month, the CEO at Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group Nusrat Ibragimov told Trend.
"The average cost of renting houses in Baku amounted to 1,260 manat ($740), which is 8.53 percent growth for a month, and 29.84 percent decrease for a year," Ibrahimov said.
According to the CEO, the total amount of bids on the capital's rental market for properties in September 2023 climbed by 22.08 percent in monthly terms and by 10.59 percent year on year to 470.
On January 1, 2023, the average cost of renting a square meter of house in Baku was 6.36 manat ($3.7), with 445 proposals received.
