BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 6. Analysts from the Dutch ING Group have revealed their forecasts for Azerbaijan's GDP growth in the future, Trend reports.
Based on the most recent ING data, Azerbaijan's economy is expected to rise by four percent in the first quarter of 2024. As a result, a minor slowdown is projected, with growth rates of 2.5 percent and 2 percent in the second and third quarters of the same year, respectively.
Economists expect Azerbaijan's GDP will grow modestly, by 2.5 percent in 2024 and 2.7 percent in 2025. These projections could have a substantial impact on the country's economic strategy and investor confidence.
According to ING projections, Azerbaijan's GDP will develop at a 2.6 percent annual pace in 2024–2025.
The United Nations estimates Azerbaijan's GDP growth to be 2.6 percent in 2024, while the World Bank predicts 2.4 percent.
