"We have already started negotiations with the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (IKZF) in connection with this project. The total issue will amount to 40 million securities. Of these, 10 million will be government-guaranteed bonds.
These securities will be more interesting to the market. Because investors will be able, at least partially, to keep it in their books as government-backed securities," he said.
