"Alliance Group" Company in partnership with the Grow company under the support of leading consultants of the Moscow Business School announces the 2nd selection of students for the Practical School of HR-specialists.
HR School, established by the Alliance Group in partnership with the Grow company under the support of leading consultants of the Moscow Business School opens its doors to new listeners. At the official opening of the second run of the School, which will be held in few days, participants of the presentation can get answers to their questions from the organizers and trainers of the School. It is expected that especially for this purpose, Chief Consultant of the School, a leading specialist in the management of staff of Russia, Elena Shulgina will be invited to the presentation from Russia.
Under the school, the participants will familiarize with the basic personnel management systems, in particular the HR Administration, Personnel Selection, Adaptation of Staff, Evaluation and Development of Staff, Training Staff, Corporate Culture, Budgeting in HR and Motivation of Staff. The school is aimed at professionals of companies, being under formation or transition to the orderly management of personnel, the HR-services professionals who want to improve their skills or change specialization, as well as for beginners HR-specialists. During 100 hours of training and consulting group, and 8 hours of individual consulting, the participants will receive the opportunity to learn, not weaned off a workflow, to get advice to develop, apply and improve various HR-instruments to obtain all necessary templates, diagrams, models, questionnaires, documents necessary for effective personnel management.
HR School, established by the Alliance Group in partnership with the Grow company under the support of leading consultants of the Moscow Business School, first opened its doors for the first students on Feb. 2, 2009. Under the first selection, over 20 representatives from 13 companies were trained and received certificates of successful exams. As a result of training, the organizers of the School for the first time in Azerbaijan organized a professional internship for HR specialists in Moscow. During the internship, local specialists were able to meet with leading trainers and companies from Russia and get familiarization with the experience of the Russia HR system.
On Sept. 17 at 18:00, the school will hold a presentation with participation of Chief Consultant Elena Shulgina. The place of the presentation is the Allianz Group training center.
