Kazakh National Oil and Gas Company KazMunaiGas has announced tender for consulting services to determine market value and carrying out 'due diligence' of the company, which will be acquired by KazMunaiGas.
The services should be rendered in Kabanbay Batyr avenue, 19, Astana.
The date of rendering services is up to December 31, 2012.
The detailed specification is indicated in tender documents, which is available on the website www.zakup.kmg.kz or in the office 0813A, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, 19, Astana, Kazakhstan, from 9:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m up to August 15, 16:00.
The potential supplier should place 1,000 tenge (149.93 tenge =$1) to the account in Kazakh Halyk Bank to receive a hard copy of the tender documents.
All potential suppliers, meeting the requirements specified in the tender documents No 245 from July 27, 2012, can take part in the tender.
The tender bids, sealed in envelopes, must be submitted (sent) by potential suppliers at: office 0813A, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, 19, Astana, Kazakhstan. The deadline for submitting the bids is August 16, 03:30 p.m.
The envelopes with tender bids will be opened on August 16, 2012, 4:00 p.m. at conference hall, floor 13, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue.
The representative of the potential supplier should prove his right to receive tender documents and submit an envelope with a bid.
