The Azerbaijani State Property Committee has announced a tender for rendering consulting services for further educational events and other informative actions, the tender commission said on April 10.
The tender will be held under the Real Estate Registration project which is being implemented by the State Property Committee jointly with the World Bank (WB). Two consultants will be selected on the tender results for rendering relevant services within seven months from the date of signing the contract.
The applications will be accepted in the project's working group until18:00, April 30, 2014.

The government of Azerbaijan and WB signed an agreement in July 2007 on the project for creation of a system of unified real estate cadastre. The project consists of four components: registration of real estate, management and register of state property; basic cartography and land cadastre; trainings, policy formation and project management.
As a result of the restructuring, the project designed to cover the period from 2008 to 2012, was extended until late 2014.
The project's cost is $38.57 million and some $30 million of this amount falls to WB loan.
