Turkish Havelsan will buy the US Quantum3D, the Turkish State Public Enlightenment Agency said April 29.
According to the agency, the transaction will take place in late 2015. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Havelsan is mainly engaged in the combat control system production for the Turkish Air Force and Navy.
Turkish Havelsan company was founded in 1982. Some 98 percent share of the company was transferred to the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation in 1985.
