Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing unsecured registered book-entry bonds of "Azerdemiryolbank" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is 5,000,000 AZN, face value per bond 1,000 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"ADB Broker" LLC will be the underwriter for the placement of the bonds.
