TEHRAN, Iran, March 21. Four companies are
interested in investing into Iran's Golestan petrochemical plant,
said the Head of Golestan Province Judiciary Heydar Asiyabi,
Trend reports
citing IRNA.
"Four companies are negotiating for investment in Golestan
petrochemical plant and form a new board of directors in the
Golestan Petrochemical Industry Company," he said.
Golestan petrochemical project only had a 20-percent progress in
the past sixteen years and has more than 90,000 shareholders.
According to the official, the judiciary is pursuing to solve the
legal and financial issues of the company, while the National
Petrochemical Company is evaluating the situation with new
investors.
