ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, November 13. Turkmenistan's oil industry enterprises exceeded their production goals in the period from January through October of the current year, Trend reports.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amanov, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to his remarks, within the mentioned timeframe, the Turkmennebit State Concern achieved 100 percent fulfillment of the oil supply plan.
Furthermore, Amanov highlighted that the targets for oil refining at the enterprises of Turkmenistan were exceeded in the period from January through October this year by 0.5 percent, gasoline production by 5.5 percent, diesel fuel by 4.6 percent, and lubricating oils by 2.5 percent.
In recent years, the oil refining industry in Turkmenistan has been actively developing, playing a key role in the economic growth of the country. Strategic investments and modernization of production facilities contribute to an increase in the total volume of processing of raw materials and increase productivity.
