The number of users of electronic services in Azerbaijan in 11M2021 increased by 600,230 people, or 59.8 percent compared to the same period last year, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Economy.
According to the information, for 11 months of this year, the State Service for Property Issues of the Ministry of Economy provided 1,493,089 electronic services to citizens, individuals and legal entities in various fields of activity.
Also, citizens can use 44 electronic services in the field of real estate management through Internet resources. Of these, 41 are interactive, and three are informational. It is noted that harnessing these innovative opportunities reduces time spent on work done, increases transparency and increases citizen satisfaction. The use of electronic solutions in this area is focused on the services most used by citizens. Thus, 29 electronic services are associated with the registration of real estate.
In electronic form, 10 services are provided for the privatization of state property, three services for the management and lease of state property, two services for the cadastre. The analysis shows that the vast majority of users use electronic services to register real estate.
Thus, the number of calls to electronic services for registering real estate for 11 months of this year amounted to 1,299,780 people. The most widespread electronic service is "Electronic statement check". The number of users of this service accounts for 1,183,644 people.
In addition, online services in real estate management have significantly increased the convenience and efficiency in this area. Thus, citizens receive a certificate of the encumbrance of real estate (Form-1) online from notaries. Over the last 11 months of this year, the number of beneficiaries amounted to 167,503 people.
During the reporting period, 21,220 applications were received for electronic services for privatization, management and lease of state property, which are other areas of the organization's activities.
Among electronic services in these areas, the most widely used service is "Payment of rent and other debts for real estate." In addition, applications for participation in the privatization of state property are accepted through the electronic service.
It is noted that taking into account social factors and the principles of strengthening the civil factor, the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy continues to work on the introduction of innovations in the fields of activity, expanding the range of services, optimizing procedures and increasing citizens' satisfaction.
