An extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Azerbaijan’s Unibank KB Open Joint Stock Company will be conducted on March 30, 2022, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) told Trend.
According to the BSE, approval of important transactions, capitalization and related issues, transfer of powers to implement decisions of the General Meeting will be discussed at the event.
