Azerbaijan, Baku, 12 November / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / Estonia is interested in cooperation on electronic government field with Azerbaijan, Yana Krinpe, the chairman of the Azerbaijani-Estonian Trade Chamber, said on 12 November.
"At present Azerbaijan has great perspectives of cooperation, high level of technology, interesting developments and the main thins - huge political will," Krinpe said.
According to the chairman, Estonia is a leading European country in the field of electronic government (Xroad project, which includes more than 100 data bases) and prepared to share its experience with Azerbaijan.
Besides electronic government, Azerbaijan and Estonia can cooperate on protection of internet-space, Krinpe said.
Recently, amount of the Estonian investment in Azerbaijan has risen. However, it has not reflected on amount of goods turnover between the countries because of the financial crisis.
