The second Caspian International Protection, Security and Rescue Exhibition (CIPS-2009) will be held in the Sport and Concert Complex named after Heydar Aliyev on Nov. 4-7, the organizer of the event Iteca Caspian reported.
This year (2009), the second Caspian International Protection, Security and Rescue Exhibition (CIPS) will be held alongside the Azerbaijani International Exhibition and Conference "Telecommunications and Information Technology" BakuTel-2009.
Exhibitions are jointly because the ICT technologies are widely used in ensuring public safety and the exposure of exhibitions are of interest to specialists of both branches.
Exhibitors from Turkey, Japan, Russia and Ukraine will attend the exhibition CIPS-2009.
CIPS 2009 will not be only a place for demonstrating developments in rescue equipment, fire safety and computer protection, but it is also a centre for exchanging information, forming ideas and searching for areas in which to join efforts in combating different threats.
Visitors and exhibitors will be able to discover the technical features of special transport equipment, counter-industrial espionage systems and CCTV equipment, as well as establish mutually-beneficial contacts.
This year's exhibition will feature the protected TV system and surveillance.
It is planned to hold workshops, presentations of novelties, which will acquire new knowledge and establish business contacts under the event.
The exhibition is aimed at government officials, firemen, rescue, ambulance and police control traffic, as well as managers of large, medium and small enterprises of various spheres of activity and individuals.
