The demand for a fixed telephone network in Azerbaijan is very high, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies told Trend.
According to the ministry, Aztelekom LLC under the Ministry of Communications provides the population of the country's districts with reliable and affordable landline telephony services.
"This network provides Azerbaijani subscribers with the opportunity of unlimited communication within a certain city and village. Therefore, work is underway to expand fixed telephony services throughout the country," the ministry said.
