Azerbaijan , Baku / corr . Trend S.Babayeva / The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan will sign Memorandum of Co-operation with U.S. universities. The Head of the Ministry Department of International Relations and Work with Non-State Bodies, Ayaz Bayramov, said that the signing will take place within the forthcoming visit of the Azerbaijani delegation to the USA . The documents will be signed with the University of California , Los Angeles and San Jose State University .
According to him, the Memorandum envisages exchanging experiences between the sides, assisting in training qualified staffs in IT sphere, realizing joint projects and possibilities of study of the Azerbaijani students in these universities on preferential terms.
In 2006 the Ministry had signed the same agreement with the U.S. George Mason University.
