BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 12. ADY Express LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, transported 453,621 tons of cargo in January 2024, growing by 108,597 tons (31 percent) year on year, Trend reports via the LLC.
ADY Express handled 280,838 tons of transit goods in the reporting month, a 17 percent increase from January 2023.
Note that the majority of transit cargo is transported via the Middle Corridor, which ensures speedy and efficient movement of commodities from China and Central Asian countries to Europe, as well as the other way around.
