According to the decision of Kazakhstan's National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna", Rupert Andrew Woodward Goodman was appointed independent director and a member of the Board of Directors of "Samruk-Energo" JSC, the company said on Wednesday.
Rupert Andrew Woodward Goodman is a trustee and director of the National Botanic Garden of Wales; committee member and trustee of the Kazakh-British Society, Vice-President of the British-Algerian Business Council, the founder and representative of Capitalism Initiative; member of the International Advisory Board of Atlantic International.
Currently he is the Chairman and founder of the FIRST magazine.
