A delegation of the Kazakh Parliament headed by chairman of the Senate Kairat Mami will participate in the 22nd annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the Kazakh Parliament said on Friday.
The session with the delegates from Europe, Asia and North America will be held in Istanbul from June 29-July 3.
The development of the "Helsinki 40" initiative, which is aimed at strengthening the OSCE and dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act in 2015 will be the main theme of the forum.
Chairman of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament plans to deliver speech at the first plenary session of the OSCE PA. Mami will also hold several bilateral meetings within the forum.
