Kyrgyz Prime Minister Almazbek Atambayev will meet with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev today. Their meeting is scheduled for the afternoon.
The head of Kazakhstan intends to give the visitor from Kyrgyzstan half an hour. During a meeting with President Nursultan Nazarbayev will attend the First Vice-Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov, Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbaev and other representatives of the Kyrgyz Cabinet, news agency "24.kg" reported.
The meeting with President of Kazakhstan will be held in the Palace "Acord". Besides, the Kyrgyz delegation will negotiate with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At noon, of local time, prime ministers of two countries will hold talks in restricted attendance. Then the negotiations will continue in an expanded format- with the participation of other members of the delegation.
The talks are expected to touch such issues as energy and cross-border cooperation issues, supply of fuel to Kyrgyzstan and agricultural products from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan.
