BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 8. "Ak-Bosogo" Housing Savings Credit Company OJSC - a subsidiary of Kyrgyzstan's State Mortgage Company will start issuing mortgages, Trend reports citing the company's press service.
"The subsidiary of Kyrgyzstan's State Mortgage company in the near time will start issuing mortgages at affordable interest rates," the company said.
According to the latest data from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the shareholders of "Ak-Bosogo" on July 22 at the general meeting approved a new development concept, and also decided to increase the authorized capital.
Remarkably, "Ak-Bosogo" Housing Savings Credit Company OJSC was registered as a subsidiary of Kyrgyzstan's State Mortgage Company and State Insurance Organization on May 14, 2020.
