BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 13. The average price on a liter of RON-92 gasoline in Kyrgyzstan has decreased by 2.4 percent or 1.32 soms ($0.01) from the beginning of February 2023, Trend reports via Kyrgyz media.

At the same time, since the beginning of February, the price of RON-95 gasoline has dropped by 1.9 percent, from 61.64 soms ($0.71) on February 1 to 60.47 soms ($0.7) on February 10.

Meanwhile, the price of a liter of RON-80 has decreased by 3 percent at the reporting period, while diesel, on the contrary, went up by 0.02 percent. The average diesel price amounted to 74.5 soms ($0.86).

According to the service, since January 2023, there has been a declining trend in wholesale prices for fuel and lubricants in the retail sector of Kyrgyzstan. The decline influenced the prices of smaller oil traders in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek and in other regions of the country.

RON-92 gasoline prices in Kyrgyzstan fallen by 1.2 soms ($0.01) in January 2023. At the same time, diesel fuel prices increased by 15.1 soms ($0.17) over the same period in 2022.

According to the Global Petrol Prices analytical resource, Kyrgyzstan took 22-nd place in terms of cheap gasoline prices in the world and 23-rd in terms of diesel fuel prices in 2022.
