BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 20. The volume of fruit and berry production for 2022 in the Charjew district of the Lebap region of Turkmenistan has been published, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
According to the information, 12,040 tons of fruit and berry were produced in the Charjew district during the specified period. The growth rate of fruit and berry production was 8.8 percent.
Furthermore, 25,400 tons of melons were produced in the district in 2022, the growth rate of which was 6.1 percent.
Last year, thanks to good indicators in the agro-industrial sector of the region, a significant decrease in prices for food products was recorded.
