BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 4. Uzbekistan has announced GDP growth by type of economic activity from January through June 2022, Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
During this period, the gross value added created in all sectors of the economy increased by 5.5 percent and amounted to 91.6 percent of the total GDP of Uzbekistan.
Net taxes on products in the structure of the country's GDP amounted to 8.4 percent, an increase of 4.6 percent compared to the first half of 2021.
Furthermore, in the structure of activities, the growth of value added in Uzbekistan amounted to: industry - 5.1 percent, construction - 6.2 percent, services - 7.3 percent, as well as in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 2.7 percent.
Uzbekistan allocates huge funds for the successful implementation of work to increase the production capacities of industries, sustainable development of regions and improvement of social and living conditions of the population.
