To ensure high rates of production, from the first decade of December 2022, an automated shipping process was launched at the Fergana Refinery, which is accompanied by electronic document management in the Corporate Information System (CIS) based on SAP S/4 Hana software.
The implemented automation process provides a number of advantages. So, shipping documents are now printed with a QR code. Inside it digitally contains all the information about the party in one place. With the help of QR, a specialist can see all the information about the shipment and the persons responsible for it through smartphone.
