During the reporting period, the value of these supplies was $1.5 billion.
Meanwhile, Uzbekistan's total imports for the first 11 months of 2023 totaled $34.1 billion, a considerable increase of 23.3 percent over the same time in 2022.
Uzbekistan's gold exports, which totaled $1.28 billion in the last month alone, are a significant contributor to the favorable trade balance.
The total revenue from gold sales to foreign countries in 2023 has already topped $8.15 billion, more than tripling the previous year's numbers.
