Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is to visit Pakistan soon following recent floods in the country, ISNA reported.
"Iranian President has chosen to travel to flood-hit sites to take required decisions to help the victims, due to massive floods," Iranian Interior Minister Mostafa Najjar said today.
Najjar stressed Iran has been one of the three aid providers for Pakistan and has sent 330 tons of basic items including tents, foodstuffs and medicines to the country so far.
He also added Iranian Interior Ministry is to establish a headquarters to collect aid for Pakistani people.
