China and the German Lufthansa airlines company have expressed willingness to cooperate with Iran in aerospace field.
Chinese companies and Lufthansa have visited Iran's booth in the Russian MAKS-2015 exhibition, expressing willingness to work with Iran, Fars news agency reported August 29.
A day earlier, Russia had also sought cooperation from an Iranian company present in the exhibition for the production of engines used in unmanned aircraft.
Russian side said the reason for working with Iran is the low-cost productions of engines in the Islamic Republic.
Foreign companies have tried to find ways to cooperate with Iran after a recent comprehensive nuclear deal between Iran and the world powers. The deal, when implemented, will remove economic sanctions imposed on Iran previously.
In recent years while it has been under the sanctions, Iran has tapped domestic capabilities to improve its aviation industry.
Unmanned aviation vehicles are one of the areas Iran has especially undertaken during the years.
