Iran has finalized four agreements with foreign companies over its oil projects, according to the country’s Deputy Oil Minister Ali Kardor.
“We have finalized an agreement with Denmark’s Maersk over the development of the South Pars oil layer, one with Russia’s Lukoil for the development and recovery improvement of Abteymour and Mansuri fields, Germany’s Wintershall for the development of four fields in western Iran, and France’s Total for the development of South Pars Phase 11. We expect there will be agreements signed with these companies soon,” Kardor told Mehr news agency February 19.
A day earlier Kardor invited China’s Sinopec to participate in a prospective tender over the development of fields at South Azadegan.
