The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Dec. 25:
Export floor: Offers 102,490 tons of bitumen and sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 59,428 tons of polyethylene, polypropylene, sulphur, vacuum bottom feedstock and lube cut oil.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 15,000 tons of bloom ingot from Khuzestan Steel Company, 7,000 tons of rebar basket and 7,000 tons of iron beam from Isfahan Steel Company.
Agriculture floor: Offers 458,000 day-old chickens, 4,500 tons of wheat, 5,200 tons of sugar, 1,200 tons of crude vegetable oil, and 2,351 tons of corn.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will also offer 600 tons of palm oil from Malaysia and 10 tons of lactic butter.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
