Iran Energy Exchange performance on Jan. 8

The products traded at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on Jan. 8 are:

Domestic ring:

-120,000 liters of 410 solvent from Esfahan Oil Refining Company;

-300 tons of heavy cut from Tabriz Petrochemical Company;

- 3,700 kilowatt hours of electricity from Shohadaye Pakdasht Combined Cycle Power Plant;

-150 tons of light fuel oil from Tabriz petrochemical Company;

-3 million liters of 402 solvent from Kermanshah Oil Refining Company;

-4,004 tons of gas condensates of Khangiran Gas Refining Company with the grade TP-200;

-4,950 tons of gas condensates of Ilam Gas Refining Company;

-1,425 tons of methanol from Zagros Petrochemical Company;

International ring:

-1,998 cubic meters of 402 solvent from Esfahan Oil Refining Company;

Total value of the deals in the rings amounted to ‎324.77 ‎billion rials.

IRENEX is a market for trading energy futures and commodities, including oil, gas, electricity, petrochemicals and oil byproducts. It was launched in 2013 as the fourth official Iranian exchange and operates under the supervision and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran.

More than 100 companies, including petrochemical plants, refineries and power plants offer their commodities at the exchange, according to the IRENEX website.
