Iran Mercantile Exchange offers for Feb. 4

The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 4:

Export floor: Offers 24,000 tons of bitumen and 100 tons of insulation.

Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 131,787 tons of chemicals, polymers, bitumen, vacuum bottom feed stock, lube cut oil and sulphur.

Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,320 tons of copper wire, 3,000 tons of copper cathode basket and 20,000 tons of low-grade copper as well as 190 tons of sulphur molybdenum, 12 tons of precious metal concentrate, 20,000 tons of Slab C, 10,000 tons of rebar basket, 220 tons of rebar A3-10, 235 tons of rebar and iron beam, 600 tons of aluminum billet, 170 tons of aluminum alloy ingot and 1,500 tons of 1000lb aluminium ingot.

Agriculture floor: Offers 237,050 day-oil chicks, 22,400 tons of wheat, 4,750 tons of sugar, 6,300 tons of crude vegetable oil, 20 tons of Iranian rice (Hashemi sort), 170 tons of large lentil and 7,286 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.

Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 2,000 tons of metal scraps, 20 tons of lactic butter from Belgium and Germany, 20 tons of polyester yarn and 5,000 tons of liquid nitrogen fertilizer.

The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.

There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
