The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Sept. 4:
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 94,546 tons of vacuum bottom feedstock, sulphur and various polymers.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 3,000 tons of cathode copper and five kilograms of gold bullion.
Agriculture floor: Offers 17,200 tons of wheat and 900 tons of sugar.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 50 tons of polyester threads.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
