The revenues worth about $22 million were obtained through the sale of products manufactured in Iran's South Khorasan Province in the first half of the current year (starting March 21, 2018), Shata news agency cited chairman of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization in Iran's South Khorasan Province Davood Shahraki as saying.
He said that during the reporting period, cement, various tile and ceramics, detergents and white blocks (AAC) were the main products manufactured in the province.
Shahraki added that during the reporting period, three plants of the province produced about 10 million square meters of tile, two plants produced more than 643,000 tons of cement, more than 3,000 tons of different detergents and about 22,000 tons of white blocks.
During the reporting period, more than 3 million square meters of tile, 557,000 tons of cement, 153 tons of detergents and 292 tons of white blocks were exported, he said.
