Iran's petrochemical production will reach 93.8 million tons during the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2019) and the next Iranian year (begins March 21, 2020), Ali Mohammad Bosaghzadeh, Production Control Director at Iran’s National Petrochemical Company (NPC), told NIPNA, Trend reports.
According to him, the launch of 18 projects will increase the production of petrochemical products in Iran by 28 million tons.
Bosaghzadeh added that Iran produced 65.8 million tons of petrochemical products last Iranian year (started March 21, 2018).
"With the commissioning of 3 projects this year, more than 7 million tons of products will be added to Iran's annual petrochemical production," he said.
