Iran's Chabahar Free Zone receives over $230M investments in tourism projects

Private sector is implementing nine tourism projects with 10 trillion rials (roughly $238 million) of investments in the Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial Zone Organization of Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province, Deputy Director at the Free Zone Mohammad Akbar Chakerzei said, Trend reports via IRNA.
According to Chakerzei, hotels, recreational centers and residential areas will be built in the area.
Chakerzei added that the completion of the tourism projects will take from three to seven years.
Thus, the coast of Makran will be accessible to tourists throughout the year, the deputy director said.
Chakerzei added that three facilities with an area of 200 hectares are ready to be given to disposal of investors.
