Seoul is interested in development of relations with Iran in all fields, in the field of economy in particular, South Korean ambassador to Iran said, IRNA reports.
South Korea is interested in economic cooperation and joint investment with Iran, South Korean Ambassador to Tehran Yo Jang Hyan said.
He made the remarks in a meeting with senior Iranian lawmaker Mohammad-Reza Tabesh.
In the meantime, Tabesh for his part referred to the EU cooperation with Iran despite the US withdrawal from the nuclear deal and called for continuation of cooperation between Tehran and Seoul in the economic and trade fields.
Iran has the potential to meet South Korea's energy demands, he noted.
