Consumer prices in Georgia fell by 0.6 percent in July compared to the same month last year, Georgian Statistics office said on Friday.
"In July, the trend of deflation remained unchanged, which had an impact on the reduction of tariffs and prices for these commodity groups - food, drinks, transportation services, hotels, cafes and restaurants," the statement said.
Deflation in Georgia amounted to 0.9 percent in July compared to June.
