Tbilisi city court granted bail to the former head of the press service of the Interior Ministry Guram Donadze, arrested on Saturday night by law enforcement bodies of Georgia. The Court found him bail of 25,000 lari ($ 1 = 1.66 lari).
Guram Donadze charged under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the GCC, which involves fraudulent use of official authority. The case concerns the killing of 17-year-old Buta Robakidze police in 2004.
Donadze the court expressed condolences to the Robakidze's family. He expressed his willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
Donadze lawyer said that the deposit will be paid today and he will be released.
