The case of a video on "jihad" against Georgian troops spread in the internet, was solved by Georgian Interior Ministry.

As the head of Public Relations Departement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Nino Giorgobiani said at the briefing on Thursday, on behalf of Taliban terrorist organization the video was spread by a Kyrgyz citizen Samat Chokutayev, born in 1989.
He works in the telephone network in Abkhazia.

The Court has already chosen in absentia for Chokutayev the measure of restraint in the form of detention. He is wanted and measures are taken to arrest him.

The police determined that Chokutaev spread the video from Abkhazia, through Malaysia and then through two organizations in Tbilisi. He is a highly qualified IT-specialist.
A few months ago, a video named "Jihad against Georgian troops in Afghanistan" was posted on Youtube. Video contained threats against Georgian troops involved in ISAF mission.

Narration in English, spoken on the background of military scenes with Georgian soldiers and civilian victims, reported that Afghanistan declares jihad and that Mujahideen will inevitably come to Georgia to punish the Georgian crusaders and avenge this country for murdering Afghan women and children.

Georgian Interior Ministry confirmed the detention of video's authors and reported that they are already held in custody.

After the appearance of the video the law enforcers suggested that it was uploaded to Youtube from Georgia.
