At least four people were killed on Friday when a suicide bomber detonated himself in Syria's northwestern city of Idlib, Trend reported citing Xinhua.
The suicide bomber set himself off in a restaurant in the city after opening fire randomly, the reports said.
No further details were given but the blast is the latest in a string of explosions targeting Idlib.
It's worth noting that Idlib is controlled by the HTS, the umbrella group of the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front.
Idlib is the last major rebel stronghold in Syria and the Syrian government stressed that it will restore Idlib from the HTS.
