An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted 137 km NW of Kota Ternate, Indonesia at 18:34 GMT on Sunday, the US Geological Survey said, Trend reports citing Xinhua.
The epicenter, with a depth of 44.3 km, was initially determined to be at 1.6162 degrees north latitude and 126.4538 degrees east longitude.
