BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 26. Moscow does not refuse to negotiate with Kyiv and hopes that it will be possible to reach agreements on the diplomatic track, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting on Tuesday with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, Trend reports citing TASS.
"We hope that we will be able to reach agreements on the diplomatic track too - we are negotiating, we do not refuse them," Vladimir Putin said.
