Lessons have been cancelled in schools of 15 Turkish provinces' towns, Milliyet newspaper reported Jan. 6.
Schools in Istanbul have also been closed.
The reason for closure of schools is snowfall and extreme cold.
Earlier it was reported that school lessons were cancelled in the towns of the province of Kutahya, western Turkey on January 5.
