BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 13. Türkiye's exports of textiles and textile raw materials to Georgia decreased by 1.9 percent from January through March 2024 compared to the same month in 2023, totaling $33.3 million, the Trade Ministry of Türkiye said, Trend reports.
"In March 2024, Türkiye exported textiles and raw materials worth $10 million to Georgia, 12.8 percent less than the same period last year," the statement of the ministry reads.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of textiles and raw materials for textiles decreased by 0.6 percent year-on-year to $2.4 billion from January through March 2024.
Türkiye exported textiles and raw materials for textiles worth $818 million in March this year, down 9.1 percent year-on-year.
To note, Türkiye exported textiles and raw materials for textiles worth $10.7 billion in the last 12 months (from March 2023 through March 2024).
