Iran's massive multiplayer online browser-based strategy game "Asmandez II" is among the best MMO games of 2013, IRNA reported.
The best online games are awarded the MMO of the Year 2013, and Iran's "Asmandez II" is among other 8 games that are being voted for as the best game.
"MMO" stands for massively multiplayer online, meaning online games with thousands of simultaneous players in a single game world, some of them being played by millions of people.
"Asmandez II" tells a story of war between humans and robots in the year 2808.
According to the game's website, it was designed by an independently working team of programmers.
First "Asmandez" game was released in 2009, and quickly gathered over 100 000 online users. "Asmandez II" was released two years later.
The sequel is more technically advanced, is available for playing on phone, tablet, or PC.
ISNA reported that "Asmandez II" has a rating of PG13, and provides opportunity to play either in English or Persian languages.
